Timothy G. Hoffman, Sr.

Torrington:  Timothy G. Hoffman, Sr., 55, passed away, suddenly, surronunded by his family, on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Hartford Hospital.  Born in Kingston, NY, October 6, 1959, son of Dorothy (Sothard) Hoffman of Wawarsing, NY, and the late Theodore Hoffman, he had lived in the Torrington-Winsted area most of his life.  Tim had attended local schools, served in the National Guard and worked as a self employed roofer.  In addition to his Mother, he is survived by one sons, William "Bill" Hoffman of Winsted; a daughter, Tanya Lucia and her husband Jason of Torrington; four sisters, Sherry Wabrek of GA, Sandra Hoffman of Torrington, Beth Emerson of Jewett City, Jennifer Fleming of FL and five grandchildren.  He was predeceasd by a brother, Theodore Hoffman, Jr. and a sister, Marion Beauregard.  Graveside services will be announced at a later date.  There are no calling hours.
