Deepest sympathies are with your family. But as sad as the day is, may it also be filled with many happy memories of a beautiful lady that touched so many lives.

Will miss her gentle, smiling way of being. Our apologies for not being able to attend the Memorial service - we thought of Evelyn much when thinking of Winsted and our family and friends there.

Prayers for Mrs. Hawley and the whole family. What a lady she was. She had more vim and vigor at 95 than most people in their forties.

Our sincerest and deepest sympathies go out to the entire family of Evelyn Tiffany Hawley. Both my husband and I knew Mrs. Hawley and her daughters, Jan and Carolyn from the church we both attended. She will always be remembered as a very sweet and loving lady and much devoted mother and Grandmother. May God's healing and peace be with her family during this time.

Sending sincere condolences to Evelyn's family and friends. She and Ed were long-time friends with my dad and stepmom, Russell and Bernice Fancher from Wallens Hill, Barkhamsted. They enjoyed many get-togethers with several other friends to play cards. Evelyn had such a generous heart and was always doing good deeds for others. I used to enjoy the sing-alongs for which she played the piano at the Laurel Hill Conv. Hospital where my dad spent his final years. May God bestow his gentle touch to all of you in your grief and may you find peace in the wonderful memories Evelyn leaves imprinted on your hearts.
Love, MaryAnn
