Kathryn "Kitty" M. McKee

Winsted: Kathryn "Kitty" McKee, 83, formerly of Winsted, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation in Canaan, following a lengthy illness. Born in New Milford, August 15, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emma (Keyes) McKee. She lived her whole life in Winsted, attended local schools, was a member of St. Joseph Church, the Riverton Grange and the Winsted Senior Center. Prior to her retirement, she had worked at Waring Products for 52 years. Her survivors include three nieces, Terry (McKee) Simmons of Winchester Center, Darlene (Dodge) Caley of Granby, NY and Kelly (McKee) Harrison of Torrington. She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas McKee and her sister, Helen (McKee) Dodge. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church in Winsted. Burial will follow in St. Joseph new Cemetery in Winsted. Friends may call at the Maloney Funeral Home, 55 Walnut St., from 10:00 AM until we go to church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
