George Paul Fuchs

George Paul Fuchs, 81 died suddenly in Pardee Urgent Care on December 25, 2022. He was the husband of Judith T. (Terwiller) Fuchs. He was borne in Wilmington, DE on December 14, 1941, the son of the late Paul and Johanna Karolina (Lamm) Fuchs. George was raised in the Bronx and Westchester County, NY. He was a graduate of Valparaiso University, IN, and a veteran of the New York Army National Guard. He retired from IBM Corporation after 30 years of service in New York and Jacksonville, FL. George enjoyed listening to music from the 50s and 60s, Johnny Mathis, and R&V music.  George liked traveling and doing car trips vacations, swimming and vegetable gardening. In addition to his wife of 57 years, he is survived by a son Paul C. (Michelle) Fuchs and one granddaughter, Zoe from Wauwatosa, WI. George was predeceased by his daughter Suzanne P. Fuchs. Burial will be in the spring (to be announced) at Forest View Cemetery in Winsted, CT. Maloney Funeral Home is in charge the arrangements.
