Frank C. Barnum, Jr.

Torrington:  Frank C. "Blinky" Barnum, Jr. 63, died at his home, on Thursday, December 9, 2021.  Born in Winsted, November 19, 1958, he was the son of the late Frank C. and Jacqueline (Lemelin) Barnum, and had lived in the northwest corner of the state his entire life.  He had attended local schools and was a graduate of The Gilbert School, class of 1977, where he had lots of friends. He enjoyed TV, movies, baseball and football.  He also enjoyed parking at the boat launch at Highland Lake and socializing there.  After high school, he worked in the heavy construction business for several years.  His survivors include his children, Cody Lee Barnum and Amber Barnum; two sisters, Joyce Bianchini and Barbara Skilton and two grandsons.  Funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.  There are no calling hours.
