Colebrook: Constance M. "Connie" Frazee, 94, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at the Geer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canaan, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Frank M. Frazee. Born in Latham, New York, June 5, 1924, daughter of the late Robert and Bertha (Ferris) MacArthur, she had lived in Colebrook for the past 15 years. Prior to her retirement, she had been the co-owner of Crafts Plus in upstate New York. Her survivors include her daughter, Patricia (Gary) Shelesky of Colebrook; a granddaughter, Sandra (Chuck) Prahm of Torrington; and a great granddaughter, Gabriella Prahm. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Frank M. Frazee, Jr.; a brother, Robert MacArthur, Jr.; and a sister, Alberta Coffin. Private funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Geer Foundation, 99 South Canaan Road, Canaan, CT 06018.
