Barbara Neubauer

BARBARA (PARKS) NEUBAUER passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019 after bravely battling cancer. Barbara was born on October 23, 1958 in Graz, Austria. She was the daughter of Helga Fritsche Parks and is survived by her son, Kurt-Michael Neubauer, his wife Karen, her sister, Susan Valente and her partner Bruce Marecki, her nephew Paul Valente  and his wife Erin, her nephew Chris Valente, along with her uncle Peter Fritscheand his wife Edith. Barbara had amazing strength, courage and a love of life which will continue to inspire her family and friends. We will forever remember her generosity, infectious laughter, humor and an adventurous spirit. A life lost much too soon, Barbara will forever remain in our hearts. Those who loved and cared for Barbara are invited to join her family at her sister Susan's house in Barkhamsted on Sunday November 24, 2019 from 1pm to 5pm for a celebration of Barbara's life.
