Robert A. Suprenant

Colebrook:  Robert A. Suprenant, 70, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, following a short illness.  Born in New Britain, CT, May 18, 1945, he was the son of the late William A. and Marie O. (Onisto) Suprenant, and had lived in Colebrook since 1983.  Prior to his retirement, he had worked for Southern New England Telephone Company, as an outside plant technician, for 29 years.  He was a graduate of the New Britain High School, class of 1963 and received his Bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University in 1971.  Robert had also been a member of the Colebrook Planning & Zoning Commission for the past 23 years and it's Chair for the past few years.  He is survived by his sister, Catherine M. Peuple and her husband Patrick of Grasse, France.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 10:00 AM at Eno Hill Cemetery in Colebrook, as he wished.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colebrook Associates, Inc., P.O.
