Gayle Ann (English) Bellini, wife of Michael J. Bellini, was born and raised in Winsted, CT had been residing in Coconut Creek, Florida for the past 10 years. On the afternoon of February 26, 2015 after a short illness Gayle passed away peacefully at Memorial Hospital West, Florida with her loving husband Michael and her sister-in-law, Maureen by her side.
Gayle was born on May 8, 1947 in Winsted, Daughter of the late Joseph F. and Stasia (Dombrowski) English. Gayle graduated from local schools and attended Northwest Community College. She was President and Owner of English Towing Corporation from 1984 - 2004. She also spent many years working in the banking industry and held various positions at Northwest Bank in Winsted and CenterBank in Waterbury, CT. Gayle loved cooking, gardening, and various arts and crafts. Gayle's true passion were her dogs Asia and Brandi. She moved to Coconut Creek, FL in 2004 with her husband Michael where she continued her career in banking at Suntrust Bank in Boca Raton, FL until her retirement.
Gayle is survived by her husband Michael, her Uncle Eugene English and her Aunts Carmela Chatfield and Wanda Holmes, several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Gayle will be deeply missed by all who knew her, as she had a profound effect on everyone she met or knew because of her kindness and her wonderful, sparkling personality.
A Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Heaven, 1400 South State Road 7, North Lauderdale, FL on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11am.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Winsted, CT in April 2015, following the service will be a procession to her final resting place at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Winsted.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Joseph's Church or the Humane Society.
