Evelyn K. Clark

WINSTED - Evelyn (DuBourg) Clark 92, of Danbury Quarter Road died peacefully at Sharon Hospital Sunday September 18, 2016.  She was the wife of Charles H. Clark Sr. for 66 years until his death in 2007.
Born in Winsted, January 26, 1924, she was the daughter of Bertha and Michael DuBourg. She lived most of her life in Winsted where she raised her four children. Evelyn was an avid gardener and had a special fondness for animals. Her passion was family and travel and she dedicated her life to both. She was known by all for her gentle manor, kindness,  generosity, and positive attitude.  She is survived by her children, Patricia Clark of Winsted, Michael Clark and Charles Clark Jr. and his wife, Elisa, all of Torrington, and Jeffrey Clark and his wife, Joann, of Goshen; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and  a special friend, Eric Delliber.
Funeral services well held at St. James Episcopal Church.
