Craig Francis Buley

BULEY, CRAIG FRANCIS Craig Francis Buley, 50, of Torrington, CT, died November 2nd, 2016. Craig attended Saint Anthony’s, Gilbert and Explorations Schools in Winsted, CT. Throughout his all too short life, he had many careers, most notably Northwest Auto Sales, which he co-owned with his then wife, Cheryl Bartolucci. He also had a very successful snow plowing business called Herbs and Ivy. Craig, a motorcycle and snowmobile enthusiast, was a very sensitive and caring person with a huge, loving heart who had a gift for making people laugh. Craig was Glenn and Shirlee Buley’s youngest son. To his many siblings, he was affectionately known as Howard. Craig was predeceased by his father, Glenn (aka Big Daddy) Buley. He is survived by his daughter, Zoe Hyers-Buley, brothers, Albert Buley (aka Big) of Torrington, CT, Edmund Buley of San Diego, CA, Scott Buley and his wife Linda of Sandy Creek, NY and sisters, Kim Adams and her husband Bill Adams of Nathalie, VA and Kelly Thompson and David Stetson of Barkhamsted, CT, 12 nieces and nephews, many uncles, aunts, cousins and wonderfully supportive and loving friends. A celebration of Craig’s life will be held on November 19th, 2016 at 10:00 am at Saint Joseph’s Church in Winsted. There will be a wake from 5-8pm on November 18th.
