Bartholomew Joseph Bosco

BOSCO, BARTHOLOMEW JOSEPH:  Mr. Bosco passed away peacefully on August 30, 2016 after a long illness. He was born September 25, 1923 in Winsted. Mr. Bosco was the son of the late Salvatore and Mary (Garafalo) Bosco. He was a lifelong member of St. Joseph’s parish and attended St.Anthony’s school. He worked for many years at Capitol Products in Winsted and enjoyed his fellow workers. Mr. Bosco was devoted to taking care of his family and home. He enjoyed music and dancing and enjoyed going to tag sales with his friends of many years. Mr. Bosco was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Joseph Bosco, and two sisters, Rose (Bosco) DiNatale and Mary Bosco and brother-in-law Charles DiNatale. He leaves a sister-in-law, Nancy(Ferraro) Bosco of New Britain, Ct. and nieces, Georgiann (Bosco) Gallagher of New Britain Ct.,Geraldine DiNatale Southworth of Ocala, Florida, JoAnn DiNatale Dayton of Winsted, and Charlene DiNatale Ramsay of Greensboro, Vt. and his great nieces and nephews. A service and burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11:00. a.m. The Maloney Funeral Home has care of the arrangements.
