Allen Edward Vincent

Torrington:  Allen Edward Vincent, 60, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Torrington Health & Rehab Center following a long illness.  Born in Winsted, January 5, 1956, he was the son of the late Joseph and Laura (DiNicola) Vincent and had lived in the Torrington, Winsted area all of his life.  Prior to his illness he had worked at the Wake Robin Inn in Lakeville.  He had attended local schools and was a graduate of The Gilbert School, class of 1974.  His survivors include four brothers and three sisters.  Joseph Vincent III of Corning, NY, Carol Ann Vincent of Falls Church, VA, Thomas Vincent of Naugatuck, Steven Vincent of Winsted, Laura Oiler of Woodbridge, VA, David Vincent of Knoxville, TN, Alice Roberge of Barkhamsted; and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Vincent in 2011.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church in Winsted.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  There are no calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NAMI Connecticut, 576 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT 06105.  To leave an online condolence please visit www.maloneyfuneral.com.
